Digital Course Refunds

Since our courses are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

However, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the course by mistake and have not accessed any content.

  • You experienced technical issues preventing access, and we could not resolve them within 5 business days.

  • You accidentally purchased duplicate courses.
